£1,200 for four bursaries for students attending Insider Art’s Foundation Course in Art Therapy

£1,320 towards Creative Self-Care, offering arts for health sessions for people living with dementia and their care partners.

£2,000 to Flying Fish Artists in North Devon to fund their Fundraising & Development Co-ordinator for a further 12 months.

2018

£7,000 towards Making Space, offering creative activities to children, young people and families.

£3,000 to Arts & Health South West, via The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2018 towards their regional priorities of loneliness, mental health and social prescribing.

£4,168 to The Bridge Collective towards the second year of our support for their Women’s Art Group

£2,115, which represents the final instalment of the grant awarded to an art therapy group for patients with medically unexplained symptoms in Teignbridge.

£1,000 to an art therapist to continue their work with a family in South Devon

£1,000 to Flying Fish Artists towards the post of Fundraising & Development Co-ordinator

2016

£400 for two bursaries for students attending Insider Art’s Foundation Course in Art Therapy

£8,605 to Magic Carpet to support the second year of the Transitions Project, now known as the Open Studios Group, towards identified core activities.

£2,740 over three years to The Bridge Collective to support their Women’s Art Group and enable a second group leader to be appointed.

£2,000 to Flying Fish Artists in Barnstaple towards their development and fundraising coordinator for a further 12 months.

£396 for a bursary for a Devon-based artist to attend Dartmoor Arts Project

£390 towards Sirona Therapeutic Horsemanship to offer sessions for young people to work with horses in a therapeutic and educational way.

£2115 towards ABC Group for continuing work with children living with Autistic Spectrum Disorder in South Hams.

£250 emergency grant to The Project towards art materials.

£6,150 to Double Elephant Print Workshop towards Print on Prescription, fine art printmaking with adults with mental ill-health.

£200 bursary towards Sandtray Therapy course.

£100 towards book launch for Sara Hurley’s publication Blazing Tales: a river exe-pedition at Hub on the Green

£2,460 towards The ABC Group who work with children living with Autistic Spectrum Disorder in South Hams.

£1,535 to Bridge Social Enterprises towards a project supporting children affected by domestic abuse.

£500 towards the supervision costs of a therapeutic play project in Exminster.

2012

£7,000 towards Magic Carpet’s creative work with vulnerable people in Exeter and East Devon

£600 three bursaries for students attending Insider Art’s Art in Mental Health: A Foundation Course in Art Therapy.

2011

£2,130 towards an Art Therapy Group for women living with Post Natal Depression at Teignmouth Children’s Centre.

£768 funding for creative art workshops, Soundings : Chudleigh, a group of elderly people who meet regularly for mutual support run by Aune Head Arts.

£2,175 towards a women’s art group taking place at The Bridge Collective, Exeter.

£1,300 to fund One BIG Sing, a three generation community singing project in Buckfastleigh.

2010

Double bursary (£400) awarded to a student on Insider Art’s Art in Mental Health: A Foundation Course in Art Therapy

£500 to North Devon Arts on Prescription to help develop evidence and support the writing of an article about the AoP project.

£4,000 to Flying Fish Artists in North Devon

£5,000 towards projects with mental health and people with learning disabilities run by and at the Centre for Contemporary Art and the Natural World (CCANW).

£3,000 towards supporting concessionary places at the Ninth Exeter Arts & Therapies Conference at The Guildhall, Exeter
